Victorian style of the hotel building, efficient staff. Japantown district was worth staying in. Breakfast was served in the dining room...
Suite was very clean, the complimentary breakfast and great locaiton, a lot of places to eat or shop nearby
the rooms were large, the staff were terrific. the bed was comfortable, no problems with sleep. we dined out at octavia, set right at the hotel. furthermore, wi fi was available here.
Close to restaurants, Great location, car park is very convenient
Very nice interiors, excellent staff, good breakfasts.
Far from the center, $30 per day parking.
Very nice hotel, very charming. Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast and very nice to have tea or coffee with cookies in the afternoon! We really enjoy this place and recommand it to stay in San Francisco.
The interior and the flair of the hotel is nice. Rooms are ok. Afternoon tea and cookie. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful.
Parking was relatively expensive with 16 USD per day. After one night decided to park outside. Breakfast room was chilly.
Staff were very friendly and room a good size and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Good location for getting around the city, Breakfast was good and internet access in the lobby very appreciated (though there was often a queue to get on the computer).
This hotel is very much a San Francisco Landmark
A little pricy!
The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help.
friendly staff, quaint rooms, charming atmosphere out of the chaos of union square
walls are a little thin and there could be a few more electrical outlets
The antiques, the "old charm", and the proximity to all that the Bay has to offer.
The bed was absolutely awful; very worn out and made our backs super sore.
I stay at many hotels, usually the big chains. Due to lack of availability I couldn't get a booking at Westin so booked at Queen Anne. I was very surprised, it was welcoming, friendly and comfortable.
Very nice hotel, well located in the Japanese area of SF.
I stayed one night, nothing special to be mentioned. Too short to find out. Room and beakfast were not extraordinary, but ok
